cosinuss° Two Release Notes

What's new?

  • If the sensor is in standard mode, the red PPG LED will only turn on once the sensor has a Bluetooth connection with a phone or other Bluetooth device.
    • If the Bluetooth connection is then terminated correctly (initiated by the Bluetooth device), the LED will turn off immediately.
    • In case of an unintended disconnect (e.g. sensor out of Bluetooth range of the phone) the LED will stay activated for another 4 minutes before it turns off.

Bugs fixed

  • Minor bugs fixed

Bugs fixed

  • In a few cases the °Two lost its UDI (serial number). Sensors with no UDI cannot work with upcoming iOS versions and with future Android versions of the Lab App. These sensors have to be restored with the cosinuss° production software. This bug is now fixed!

Bugs fixed

  • Missing ACC samples corrected.

What's new?

  • Faster SpO2 algorithm.
  • Now if the sensor is in standard mode you can see from the blinking pattern if it's advertising or connected.

Bugs fixed

  • Sleep current fixed, which could drain the battery in some occasions.
  • When sensor was in automatic mode the heart rate and SpO2 values of the last measurement were still in the buffers, this could lead to a ramp up/ down or delay at the beginning of the measurement.
  • Temperature could ramp up at the beginning of a measurement if the temperature in the previous measurement was notably different.
  • Bluetooth PLX Continuous Measurement (UUID:0x2A5F): SpO2 and perfusion rate now encoded as SFLOAT IEEE Std 11073-20601.

What's new?

  • SpO2 algorithm improved to show less invalid measurements.
